I love learning how our minds work, and this book is definitely a peek into that. In The Power of Habit, Charles Duhigg begins by telling how our brains process habits, then applies it to individual habit creating. He then describes creating successful habits in organizations and societies. I fairly often reflect back on this book in reminding myself how to break old habits and create new ones. He writes in a way that’s easy to understand and can reach pretty much anyone at any stage of life! I highly recommend this book if you’re interested in creating new habits, or just if you simply want to learn a little more about psychology!
